How long does it take to process orders?
As many of our items are made to order using third parties, and due to the print-on-demand nature of our service, please allow some time for your order to be created before it can ship.
As a general guide, original pieces will normally be dispatched within 3 to 4 working days.
We rely on third parties for the manufactured goods on our site (prints, cards, puzzles, etc). These suppliers generously accommodate small run orders for us. This means dispatch times can vary to fit with their schedules, but generally we will aim to dispatch these items within 5-7 working days.
The timely and safe arrival of your purchase is important to us and we apologise in advance for any delays that may be experienced.
Who do you use to ship my order?
We use Australia Post and other courier companies depending on your location, weight and size of the order, and freight costs.
What are the delivery timeframes?
We aim to have your order to you within 7 business days after despatch for standard delivery. It may take a little longer if you live in a remote area. If you require your order as soon as possible and would like express delivery, please contact us. Additional charges will apply.
What are the delivery costs?
For orders under $75, a standard $10 delivery fee is added to your order during the checkout process. There are no delivery charges for orders over $75.
Where do you deliver goods to?
We deliver to most addresses, but we don’t deliver to PO Boxes. While our website is not set up for international orders, please contact us if you are an international customer, and we’ll see if we can assist you.
It is your obligation to ensure delivery address details are correct. Additional shipping fees will be charged to re-direct or re-send your order.
Do I need to be home?
For original art items, delivery is to your front door only and will require a signature of receipt. Your acceptance of delivery acknowledges that the artwork arrived undamaged.
